NCC Level 3 Diploma သည် အခြေခံပညာ (၉) တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူများ (သို့) IGCSE ‘O Level’ ဖြေဆိုအောင်မြင်ပြီးနောက် UK နှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ တက္ကသိုလ်များမှဘွဲ့ရယူနိုင်ရန်အတွက် University ဘွဲ့ကြိုအတန်းများကို ဆက်တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရန် (stepping-stone) လှေကားထစ်တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် တက်ရောက်ရမည့် သင်တန်းကာလ (၆) လကြာမြင့်သော foundation level diploma programme တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။
